MARKET DOMINATING POSITION

Establish Your Market Dominating Position

Most people make resistible offers and beatable propositions. I’m suggesting that you start making irresistible offers and unbeatable propositions. What do I mean by this? Make offers that your prospects cannot refuse. Maximize the benefits, increase the value and minimize the risk by implementing a risk reversal strategy. Doing this will showcase you as certain, confident and believable. But beyond that it will greatly increase the amount of prospects who buy.

But, beyond this, your offer will be one that is memorable, impacting and influencing on both the hearts and minds of your prospects. It will wildly stir their hearts, rivet mind’s attention, captivate their imaginations and compel them to take action. But most of all, your words will leave an indelible impression that causes them to say “wow… what an offer!”

So, the best way to stop competing based on price is to start competing based on value. How do you do that in a marketplace where your competitor’s products and services all look the same as yours’s? You must innovate your business and offer extraordinary value by establishing a market dominating position. Essentially you must add more value or create a bundling strategy that creates an “apple versus oranges comparison” and totally separates you from your competition.

So how exactly do you establish a market dominating position? By adding more value. When you find yourself in a situation where you are surrounded by a multiple competitors you would simply need to add more value. How would you go about doing that? By bundling additional services, tweaking existing services and adding news services that enables you to offer something brand new in the marketplace. In a nutshell you must adjust your product and service configuration so that you no longer look the same as your competition. By doing this you create an apple versus oranges comparison in which you literally enter a class by yourself.
